If you need to return an item, please call or email the office for return instructions BEFORE sending the item(s) back. Depending on the type of return, the item may need to be sent to our offices, or to our distributor directly for fastest service. In either case, you MUST HAVE an RGA number to complete your return.
- No returns will be accepted if the serial number / UPC code is removed from the box for the item.
- No returns will be accepted after 20 days receipt.
- No returns will be accepted if the whole package contents are not included in the return.
- No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number (RGA).
- No returns will be accepted if the order is refused upon receipt.
Defective Items
Within 20 days of receipt of your order please call the office or email us with your name, order number, and reason for return. We will then provide you with a RGA (return authorization number) and return instructions. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Special order items are non-returnable. Non-Defective Items
If you wish to return any non-defective products, excluding special order we will refund any purchase within 20 days of receipt for any reason, minus return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Please call the office or send an email with the order number, your name, and item being returned for a refund. We will then issue you a RGA number and return instructions. Once the item and its contents have been returned in their original condition, we will then refund your credit card for the full purchase price minus a 15% restocking fee of the total sale price before shipping charges.
